CS Storage provide an express locker rental service to LinkedIn’s Dublin offices.

Here at CS Storage, our team is always up for a challenge, which is what we got when business networking social media giant LinkedIn got in touch with a large locker rental order required at short notice.

LinkedIn has a huge international headquarters office based in Dublin, Ireland which employs around 2000 people.

The problem

LinkedIn Dublin got in touch with our team here at CS Storage with a problem. They were waiting for a new locker storage system to be installed in their offices, but in the meantime, they required a locker rental service so that they could continue to provide their employees with somewhere secure to store their personal belongings whilst they were at work.

The catch? They needed the lockers supplied and installed as quickly as possible, all 500 of them!

The solution

Our team got to work sourcing around 500 suitable lockers from our rental stock. The lockers were to be used by LinkedIn employees to store their personal belongings, so we needed a high-quality, standard locker storage system that included lockers in a variety of sizes.

The lockers were to be installed in several different locations including corridors, staff rooms, and offices throughout two multi-storey buildings in Dublin.

The locker systems we selected were similar to our range of popular Elite lockers. This type of locker is extremely versatile and is used in a huge range of different industries and environments where storage is required for personal belongings. These lockers can be configured in an endless number of combinations and customised to meet a wide range of requirements.

The results

Our team rose to the challenge and delivered 500 locker compartments to LinkedIn’s Dublin offices just two days after they enquired.

A member of our team got the ferry over to Dublin to meet the driver at location at 6am and ensure the supply and installation of the lockers ran smoothly.

The lockers were left in place for four weeks, during which time they provided invaluable secure storage for LinkedIn’s employees, after which time we arranged for the collection of the lockers.
