CS Storage provides a temporary locker solution at Wimbledon 2022 event
During the summer, CS Storage was trusted with the task of providing the Wimbledon tennis tournament with almost 200 lockers to support their temporary storage requirements for event staff.
Every year, thousands of temporary, seasonal staff are employed to work in a variety of different roles to help with the smooth running of the prestigious, annual, tennis Championships held at Wimbledon.

The problem
When our team here at CS Storage were approached and asked if we were able to provide a temporary locker storage system to help staff employed by Wimbledon store their personal belongings, we were delighted to be able to provide the perfect solution.
Wimbledon required just under 200 lockers to be used by seasonal staff to keep their personal belongings safe and secure whilst they were on the job.
Our solution
Our team provided Wimbledon with a simple and hassle-free solution. We delivered and installed a suitable temporary locker storage system on the date required and then promptly collected the lockers a month later once they were no longer needed.
The lockers we provided were high-quality storage lockers in a variety of different shapes and sizes, allowing staff to choose a locker that met their storage requirements. This included both small personal effects-sized lockers and larger changing lockers suitable for hanging coats and clothing. The lockers featured combination locks for securing their contents and had green doors to complement Wimbledon’s branding.
Similar lockers in our range include Pure Lockers, which are made from the highest quality steel and are available in 1,2,3,4,5, or 6-door configurations. This versatile type of locker is suitable for most standard storage requirements and can be designed to suit a wide range of requirements and environments.
The results
As well as providing invaluable secure storage for staff to keep their personal belongings whilst they were working at the event, our lockers also helped those running the event to ensure that relevant health, safety, and security responsibilities were being met.
