How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE to any UK mainland location including the highlands of Scotland. Delivery to the islands is subject to a pallet delivery cost. If you have any queries or would like a delivery quote to any other global location, please call our team on 01772 322634.
I've received my lockers but I can't find the keys?
If you tilt the locker back you will most likely find the key for the top compartment in a bag riveted to the base of the locker. Once inside the top compartment you will find the key for the compartment below. Work your way down until you have all the keys.
I've received my lockers but they are damaged, what do I do?
Please ask the delivery driver to wait whilst you inspect the goods for any damage. Make a note of any damage on the delivery note before signing. Please call our sales team and report the damage straight away on 01772 322634. We will then arrange collection and deliver a replacement as soon as possible.
My lockers are damaged but signed for as OK, what do I do?
From experience this does genuinely happen. Please e-mail a picture of the damage to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will then seek authorisation for a replacement. The replacement will be authorised if the damage is deemed to be caused by the delivery of the goods. Please note that if the goods have been moved onsite or to another location we will not be able to issue a replacement or credit.
I would like to return the goods?
The majority of our products are made to order and cannot be returned. However, we can sometimes accept returns subject to a restocking and delivery cost. Should you wish to discuss this with us, please call our sales team on 01772 322634. The items would need to be "as new" and any credit is subject to the inspection of the goods.
Where do you deliver to?
We can arrange delivery to any location (subject to shipping costs) or you can arrange for your shipping agent to collect the goods from the factory (Ex Works). We can palletise and wrap for export with onward shipping address labels.
Can I get next day delivery?
On selected Express Delivery products, we offer an overnight service. This may be next day, depending on the time we receive the order and if we have a collection for your delivery location that day. Often we will give you a despatch and delivery day for the overnight service. This is subject to extra cost, depending on the quantity and location of delivery.
How long does it take to deliver my product?
Some products have longer lead times than others, in most cases our products are made to order, but express items are delivered from stock. we advise the expected lead-time of each product clearly on every product page. We always aim to deliver inside this window, but this is a guide only. In most cases we deliver quicker than expected and try to under promise and over deliver. However on rare occasions outside of our control, this may not be the case. We will always endeavour to fulfil the order as quickly as possible and communicate any unforeseen delays.
How will I know when it will arrive?
Our deliveries work on a week commencing basis. The goods will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. In some cases you can request the delivery driver to phone 1 hour ahead or we can book the delivery in once the delivery schedule has been finalised.
